Exceeded our expectations. The attic in our house was sparsely covered with outdated and previously rodent infested clumpy pink insulation. We requested a bid from The Attic Crew. After his initial inspection, Daniel offered us some recommendations and a few options to choose from. Diego and his team removed our old pink insulation and thoroughly cleaned, inspected, air-sealed and then rodent proofed our attic. They installed proper ducting and roof ventilation for our two bathrooms and kitchen range hood. They work very quickly and quietly and walked us through before and after photos before leaving. Everyone involved was very professional and transparent with cost and scope of work. I would highly recommend them! ~ Brian H

Joseph gave me a very detail estimate with accuracy. He was very helpful explaining all of detail of work that needs to be done. Ricky was the job supervisor that did an excellent job with insulating and renovating my attic and crawl space. He started the project early in the morning and supervised his team extremely well. Ricky was a good listener and he was willing to go through the project list with me and explain every question that I had on the list. His team also did an excellent job cleaning up in the end. This company was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and communication with the main office was clear and consistent throughout the process. They handled attic cleaning, mold remediation, and new blown-in insulation for us, and everything was done with great attention to detail, efficiency, and at a fair price. Diego and his partner worked incredibly hard, even in the intense summer heat—our attic must have felt like an oven, but they never slowed down. Two weeks later, Jose came by for a follow-up inspection, providing detailed before-and-after photos, which really showed the quality of the work. Coming into a new home which had multiple issues throughout our crawlspace and attic, I am very glad that we had Attic Crew come out and help us get on top of everything. They gave us a good estimate on the issues that we had - cleanup after rodent infestations and helping to proof the areas that they were coming in from the outside as well as blocking their access points into the house, mold remediation, sealing off gable vents and properly connecting all vents, and installing a new vapor barrier and insulation. Tom Iancu was personable and knowledgeable during our inspection and walked us through every step of the estimate. Erick Santiago and his team worked hard and got everything done in one day and it is so much better in our house. Attic Crew has been great to work with from day 1. Daniel was very helpful during the initial consultation. Angie from the office was very communicative. Our attic needed a lot of cleanup plus new insulation and they sent an adequate crew so as to get it all done in one day. Jose did our follow up pest inspection today and he was quick and friendly. We were really concerned about the mold issue and the results of the cleanup are holding up great. There was some accidental damage caused during our install. Mistakes happen. What set Attic Crew apart was that they were totally transparent about the mistake and took full responsibility for the needed repair, which turned out great. It has been a few years since we moved into our home and realized that we had a rodent problem. Having grown up in homes where we struggled with rodent control, and rented professionally managed apartments with rodent control issues, I have always known the approach to be bait and traps. No one ever seems to take the approach to thorough exclusion seriously. I am really happy that we found Attic Crew, and that their work from years ago is still paying off. Not only did they go through the entire house to do rodent exclusion work, they also cleaned up the crawl space where there were nests, replaced all of the insulation and did some mold remediation for the redwood beams in our crawl space as well. Ron & his crew did an awesome job today cleaning out our crawl spaces in the attic & under the house. They installed insulation, wrapped our duct work & installed a solar fan in the attic. The team arrived early. They suited up & put on respirators. They put up barriers on the floors & along work areas. They took the time to assure we were protected as well as assuring their crew were complying with safety guidelines. Ron & the crew were so respectful to us. They were working so quickly & efficiently. This was a big job. It was remarkable to watch this crew at work & the amount of time & energy it took. Ron and his crew came to my home to remediate and clean my home for mold and vermin infestation. Their attention to detail made sure that all mold in the attic and crawl space was cleaned and treated to prevent reoccurrence! I just purchased my home a few months ago and supposedly the previous owner had had the crawl space cleaned, though the mold was just painted over.i knew about on over my heating ducts was chewed through and they also discussed two others that were also damaged, all of the ducts were repaired and they even came into my house and cleaned the vents also! Perfect timing so now I won’t have to worry about running my furnace! The company didn’t use and harsh chemicals and I was able to come back to my home after all the work was done! Eric Santiago and his crew came in around 8am. They worked diligently to make sure the floors and walls were completely covered before they began their actual job. Before they began the remediation they made a tunnel with plastic barrier to insure that we were protected. Then they began the actual job. They worked as a well trained unit. It was amazing how quickly it all went. The before and after photos were absolutely amazing. I totally recommend them to do an excellent job for anyone wanting to insulate their home. It will save on our heating in the winter and cooler in the summer. Best money I have spent in a long time. The clean up went like clockwork. You do not understand "disgusting" unless you had the displeasure of seeing my crawl space once the rodents had set up housekeeping. Their droppings and remains were everywhere, and the insulation beneath the floor was trashed. A friend recommended Attic Crew, and Tom showed up right away and gave me a very professional and thorough estimate. Angie scheduled Joey and his crew for six days later, and the job is done - one week from initial inquiry to completion. They were meticulously neat and respectful of our house, which really matters when you're dealing with bags of old insulation that mice have been living in. After we moved into the house, we realized there was a serious problem with mice activity. We contacted Attic Crew, and they did an excellent job. They always came on time as scheduled and never left any mess after their work. We live in a fourplex, so the process wasn’t quick. It took almost six months to identify and close all possible entry points. They cleaned all the attics first and replaced the insulation. After that Jose came every 2–4 weeks for inspections and follow-ups and was very patient throughout the whole process. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies we spoke with. They don’t treat the outside area, but they set traps inside and focused on rodent proofing. In our case, that approach worked. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. My crawl pace has mice problem for many years. I had tried many ways from trapping to sealing holes, caught some but they keep coming, it didn’t work. Two friends recommended Attic Crew. Called and got a free estimate appointment very quickly. Project manager Tom arrived punctually and was very professional. He explained in details what they would do to my crawl space. Ricky Ricardo of Attic Crew led a crew of five to work in my crawl space. They arrived right on time and Ricky is very polite and professional, explained to me what they were doing. They sealed up my pantry and hallway, also covered up the wood floor. They removed everything in my crawlspace from old plastic floor covers to insulations, installed new ones and sealed all cracks and holes within a day. I’m ready for summer now. Big shout out to Ron and his crew for coming out and insulating my attic. I was planning on doing it myself but after seeing all the work that goes into it, I’m glad I called out the experts. I interviewed three different companies and the attic crew did a much more thorough job pointing out things that needed to get done such as new vents, rodent proofing and connecting and insulating kitchen and bathroom vents. I did received lower estimates but I was impressed with the Attic Crew attention to detail and bringing up things that I’m sure will make a huge difference in the future. Love the Attic Crew! 2 shout-out’s: First, Ron and his team came out and worked their asses off for 2 days, removing a bunch of old insulation and reprise from both our attic and crawl space and doing a bang up job re insulating and moisture barrier-ing and putting out traps for our rodents. Before that, the crew had put together a thorough estimate and inspection with detailed photos. Very thorough and efficient and easy to work with. Second, about a month later, Jose from the crew came out and did a re-inspection to make sure everything was tip top and to make sure there was no rodent activity. Following a recommendation from my pest control provider to assess the insulation in our attic, I reached out to Attic Crew for an inspection. Tom, their project manager, conducted a thorough evaluation and concluded that the existing insulation was in good condition, with no immediate services required. He did suggest that additional insulation could be added, but emphasized that it would offer no significant benefit in our case. I greatly appreciate Tom's honest assessment and the integrity he demonstrated by not pushing unnecessary services. I called Attic Crew when I noticed I had some rats living in my crawl space and decided to rodent proof my whole house. They did the work 1 week ago (in a single day!) and I have not seen a single rat hanging out in my yard or near the house, which is a BIG change. They also took care of a minor mold in my attic and informed me (and took care of) of an even bigger mold problem in my crawl space. I recently had a one-year review check conducted by Alfredo’s team, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. They were very considerate about keeping my home clean by removing their shoes before walking on the floor and putting them back on when using the ladder to access the attic. The team communicated in real-time, sharing photos and text updates while they worked, which I greatly appreciated. We had a wasp nest (has been inactive) in the atic and they took care of removing it, along with swiftly repairing the drywall damage caused by the wasps. Alfredo was terrific! Followed through to the smallest crack that a mouse or rat could enter. Checked every square inch of the attic trying to locate any entrance at all. Cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized! My house is 91 years old! You couldn't tell by looking at it. It's been kept in great condition. But, older houses have nooks and crannies. This is 4th visit under the warranty. The visits are further and further apart. Which tells me every step they take is working! I'm happy I picked attic crew! We had rats get in our house through a bathroom fan vent. Attic Crew tore out the drywall, removed the nest, disinfected, replaced poor duct work, and replaced the cap. From Angie, who hurried her team to our house, to Daniel, who did the initial inspection and bid, to Tony, who did the actual work, Attic Crew was professional, helpful, great with communication, and very nice to work with. I had three other companies lined up to give bids, but once I met Daniel I signed right on with Attic Crew and cancelled the other bids. I am no longer willing to work with people who are not nice, who don't communicate, and who do not bother to educate about their work. If we could do this ourselves we wouldn't need to hire anyone! Nice people and quality work makes all the difference. Many, many thanks to Daniel and Tony and Attic Crew for making a tough situation (rats--ewww!) into a positive experience. We continue to be impressed by this company. We had our 6 month follow up for our attic with Jose today and he was prepared and courteous. He texted about 30m before he was scheduled to arrive that he was on his way. When he rang the door, I opened it up to him already dressed in protective gear INCLUDING shoe covers and with ladder in hand. The follow up took less than 15 minutes and he sent me all the photos and reassured me it was all still sealed tight up there. Thank you Jose! Ron and his crew absolutely blew our expectations out of the water! Overall, he and his team were both efficient, courteous and professional. Additionally the work they put into the house was of a caliber of quality I'd expect from a one week job, not two days for our attic and crawl space. Ron was able to very polietly answer all of our questions as well as offer additional help in our own clean up! That level of service is truly something I never expected. Attic Crew project manager Joey and his crew did a great job in my house. In one day, they removed 35-year-old insulation from my attic and crawlspace, cleaned rodent messes and plugged rodent access points, cleaned up mold, resealed ducts, insulated supply pipes, replaced an old bathroom fan, and installed new, better, thicker insulation. The crew was large, efficient, considerate, and clean. They built temporary tunnels to keep dirt and insulation dust out of my house and cleaned up afterward; they left it as clean or cleaner than when they came. I would not hesitate to hire Joey and Attic Crew again. . ~ Ben H
